We were eating snacks at 7-11 this afternoon. Narci bought a Noynoy cup, and this brought up the talk about the presidential candidates. I was saying something about Noynoy, then a woman tapped me on the shoulder, asked me something… Well, it went something like this:
Me: May napasa nga si Noynoy pero—
Stranger: *taps me on the shoulder* May napasa si Noynoy?
Andami nilang pinatay doon.
Me: Ay, oo nga po eh.
Stranger: Hindi niya talaga kaya. Ano siya, ano, uh, incapable. Yun, incapable.
Then there was dead air. Haha. Basta the conversation went like that.
I do not mean to diss Noynoy supporters out there but with all due respect, I think he’s not fit for the job. It’s okay to encourage the people, give them hope and stuff, but that isn’t enough. You have to do something too. It’s great that you think, but it’s greater that you put that idea into action.
I also think that Joseph Estrada shouldn’t be voted anymore because of what he did to our country several years ago.
